How to Use Essential Oils?
There are 3 basic ways to use essential oils; to apply them topically, use in a diffuser, and to inhale them. But there are many other creative methods too.
Some of these methods are easy to do right at home. Others might need a helper in the application method, but can still be done easily at home. Trial and error is no problem here as these are natural with virtually no negative side effects.
You might also take your favorite oil to a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, acupuncture practitioner, aestheticism, or reflexologist. Ask them to work it in with their particular therapy.
If you are not familiar with using oils, the first few times might seem a bit awkward with diluting and such, but you will quickly get the hang of it and discover which of the methods is easiest for you. "Different strokes for different folks" is how the saying goes, and it can accurately describe aromatherapy usage. Some people prefer simply to diffuse.
